The form, linked below, is to inform the Operations team and communication team of any events, calendar updates, and building use requests for ministry meetings and events.
We try our best to honor all announcement and social media requests. If we cannot include your event in the announcement or social media feed, we will contact you directly.
Current Ministry Update Form
This form is to be filled out completely and with as much detail as possible about the ministry you are looking to update prior to an interview with the Director of Ministries. The person filling out this form, must be the leader of the ministry and a member of Goodwill Church. The group mission must be in line with Goodwill Church's vision and mission.
New Ministry Request Form
This form is to be filled out completely and with as much detail as possible about the ministry you are looking to create prior to an interview with the Director of Ministries. The person filling out this form, must be the leader of the ministry and a member of Goodwill Church. The group mission must be in line with Goodwill Church's vision and mission.
